Eastmead European Training Ltd. (subsquently also referred to as 'EETraining', 'We' and 'Us') provides the Online Binders system ( subsequently also referred to as 'the system' and 'the service' ) as a free service for attendees to its courses only. Supplying an email address and password to the login page located at http://www.eetraining.co.uk/binders/ constitutes your understanding, acceptance and willing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
- Binder contents are for personal use only.
- Although you may save files for later reference, you agree that you will not publish those files in any way.
- Files retrieved from the Online Binders system remain copyright of EETraining.
- You agree not to reproduce in any way that would not constitute personal use without due written permission being granted by EETraining in advance.
- Access to the system is solely for the individual named in the welcome email.
- If you attended an EETraining course and received a welcome email carrying your name and email address:
- As a course attendee and invited member of the Online Binders system, you agree take reasonable precautions to protect your access user name and password from non-authorised use.
- Further, you agree not to distribute your access user name and password in any form.
- In all other cases, you agree not to attempt to gain access to the Online Binders system in any way.
- If you attended an EETraining course and received a welcome email carrying your name and email address:
- We promise to keep your personal information private.
- Your details will not be given to any third parties, apart from when we are required to do so by law.
- We will not publish any of the user information we gather during the day to day monitoring of our system.
- Service Status - We reserve the right to suspend the Online Binders service or your Online Binders account without notice to you at any time.
- Legal - You agree to indemnify us of all responsibilty, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims that may be sustained or incurred by you as a result of using the service or the materials retrieved from the service.
